His point becomes invalid when you can instantly put a song on Apple music or Spotify when he talks about the ineffectiveness of streaming, just look what Drake did releasing his disses on Apple Music before soundcloud

He's on point about everything else though, when it comes to artists making money from everything besides actual record sales

will.i.am is a good producer which is a shame he makes such garbage pop songs. cant knock the man for trying to take care of his family and get paid. pretty sure thats what everyone in the world is trying to do more or less

The video was from 2013. Spotify has changed since, and Apple Music is brand new.

Drake is nothing but a propped up (non-writing) marketing machine btw. Signed with Apple Music, mentions them in that diss track, names his first diss joint "Charged Up", has the iPhone charging on the screen at his concerts. Smart stuff, but lord knows nothing he does is his idea at this point. He's got a strong team behind him obviously.
