that would waste time alright... a NBA starting line-up in 2015-2016 season where 37yo Kobe Bryant coming back from an injury after 6-9 months is the 2nd best defensive player (Wes Johnson being the best) doesn't exactly sound like a great idea.

They probably wont bring him back next year but someone will pick hm up. He's not the star they thought he would be but he is a decent role player who can make a contribution off the bench for a team.

There are 30 teams in the NBA. So he might not be starting material but there's a spot for him in the league. He's an average player getting overpaid. I say give him big minutes and ride a new Linsanity to at least sell some tickets and make a tank season interesting.
