I know a few people who made the transition with random degrees but they did it back in the day when the industry needed people bad and they where white.
Now if you dont have a relevant degree and you are black nobody is going to give you a chance honestly.
Most you can do is maybe try to internally transfer to your companies IT department for a really Junior role and start your way up from the bottom (assuming you are employed).
IT Business Analyst is probably the hardest role to do because you have to understand both the technical and business side. Yeah you dont code but coding is the easy part hence why they outsource all of that stuff to indians.
Your main options is either get a masters in the relevant area OR get maybe the CBAP or Scrum Product Owner Cert and learn how to code do a few projects to show you understand system design.
How long ago did you graduate? Because you may be able to get a junior role with a crappy consulting company like TCS or Capgemini.
I would probably reccomened you going the Info Sec route because you can at least do the Sec + to get a entry level understanding of Info Sec and get the CBAP to understand the BA role. Me personally Info Sec is boring as hell but it will at least be a start.
