There are some woke guys, but that isn't really what sells to the masses so most of them hop on the wave of what's hot.
Most of the new generation artists don't even rhyme anymore they just get a hot beat and hook and run with it. Trap beats and all that shyt is the thing now.
Just a different generation; however, I'm not going to completely throw them under the bus though because these protests have shown that same audience can have some substance and depth when necessary too.

Guess its time to FORCE those self centered materialistic rappers out the paint, and get more pro-black ones that can spit the pro black content naturally.

They not invincible. They on edge too, because they know these are unstable times.
