You didn't listen to the albums...GFID was a mess and very boring where Rich Forever, Teflon Don, Deeper than Rap were all exciting and innovative. GFID sounded like throwaway records from Rich Forever
How the fukk is Rich Forever innovative though? If anything he probably wanted to get away from his usual repetitive trap influenced sound and sample based smooth shyt which is what he did on most of GFID. Sonically it's totally different and that's not by accident. Yeah we had the Hold Me Backs, 911, and So Sophisticated on GFID but the latter of those two are solid imo.IMO his best overall album musically was Teflon Don. GFID was cool, but it was definitely a little boring. Still a good album though.

i will say tho more than 1 cuffing track is too much (touch n u, diced pineapples, ice cold, presidential) then again ross is the same guy who said "i wanna buy my bytch every bag"
but those are still very strong songs that another artist would kill to have on their album..

I remember reading that his health problems held him up from promoting GFID so he released Rich Forever. Not saying that this is gospel though. If u remember Rich Forever came out of nowhere. He just gave everybody a heads up like a day before it dropped.
