Will Smith is cool with me but I always saw him as too much of a square. He's always on the good and wholesome tip

Everyone says he's a good role model but ironically I think he ain't really raising his kids right.

Having Willow and Jaden exposed to Hollywood at such a young age is something I don't agree with. They should be living a normal childhood instead of being in movies and music videos. Maybe that's just me but that's how I see it.

This is my favorite Will Smith track. They really flipped the sample well too

Nightmare On My Street by Will Smith *lyrics* - YouTube

you say it as if he is forcing his kids to do it...if he is then I agree with you but if his kids are the ones chasing their dreams and you have all the means (financially, relationships, knowledge) to help them, then why not.

Give them quality schooling so that they dont grow up dumb and they'll be alright. If I was a kid and i had the ability to do what Will kids are doing I would take it...a "normal childhood" is very over rated.

Yeah I guess u got a point.

If that's really what the kids wanna do why not? But I still disagree with it. I would tell em, wait till ur a little older. Ain't nobody going anywhere so wait for a couple of years and then u can do whatever u wish.

Personally, that's what I would do.

Will Smith is a positive role model for the kids out there, he has always come correct. When I saw him kicking those clean and corny rhymes back in 87, I knew he would be popular but not at the level of stardom he has currently achieved and I didn't think he would become the box office smasher he is today. I never thought the hate against him was warranted and I wish him and his family success. Will Smith is one of the personifications of Black Excellence, though I think he could put a bigger reign on his kids, though.

I think Summertime is a classic.

That's true too, cause failure can traumatize the little kids...tabloid exposure, people being disrespectful on social media...whether they raised them to be very head strong or maybe they have ties to make things "happen".

Remember when Jaden and Willow both won a BET award in the same category cause it was a "tie". They were saying that a tie would be almost mathematically impossible but Will and Jada made it "happen"

Also notice how many child stars end up totally f*cked up. The industry is not a good place for a young kid.

Notice all those child stars who have gone on record saying Hollywood is full of peadophiles and sh!t.

Also look at Mike, fame and celebrity are not necessarily good things for a kid. If I was Will I would tell them to wait till they are 18 or so.

I feel you on that but...also notice that each child star that went on some wild shyt had bad or absent parents.

MJ had a horrible relationship with his dad. There are cases of child stars coming out okay due to good parenting. Tyra Banks was a model in her highschool years...Modeling is equally as bad and damaging but she made it out okay due to her bond with her mother...there are others but I right now cant think of stars that started out young...I see them all as :flabbynsick:

Yeah, hell yeah...Hollywood definitely has its pedophiles.

If I was Will I would have my child wait also because there really is no rush...the money is going to be there to invest in the childs dream.

"The good guys dress in black, remember that." :jawalrus:

Will Smith is one the people I'll always respect, brehs. It's inspiring to see another cat from West Philly blow up the way he did. Television, Music, Movies.. he did all of that shyt and did it well. I mean this nig got the first Hip Hop Grammy, banging the absolute shyt out of fine ass Jada, got two successful children, and chillin on millions. Fukk Charlie Sheen -- This nicca keeps on fukkin winning. :whoo:

I know yall remember when QuestLove said this nicca got remote control walls in his crib and shyt.

Seriously though, Will got some cool, underrated tracks. Alot of yall keep posting his Fresh Prince ish, but I always liked his solo shyt. He got a nice jawn with Camp Lo called "Yes Yes Yall",

The Born To Reign Intro, 1000 Kisses with Jada, Tell Me Why with Mary J, Loretta, Switch, Miami and that jawn over the spiderman beat. Cool tracks.
