I vaguely remember hearing about there being beef between LL and Will and I guess Will is trying to keep up in rap. He won the TV/Movie war but I don't think he'd win the music war.

Rappers are naturally competitive. One of shots that LL always throws out there is that he's the only rapper to have a tv star career "and remained relevant in hip hop music ".

But he tagged himself the baddest rapper in history on his second album, so nothing personal against Will. Even when he's bragging he's being sincere

Will’s age base here in America in Hip Hop are not supporting him with sold out venues/crowds.

There have been many Hip Hop artists that have pivoted into other genres of music to get that bag.

Look at Shaq, he has been doing DJ’n to massive sold out crowds as Shaq DJ Diesel for decades.

The music he does is EDM, Dubstep, and Drumstep.

At least give them credit for knowing how to pivot and get the bag.
