He's actually saying "I don't even think or worry about the lack of opportunities for blacks in Hollywood. I see nothing wrong with the system. Whites have a right to their own opinions/preferences and I'm one of the accepted safe blacks, so I'm not really worried about it". if you think about it first generation asian-americans(from bilingual asian/english speaking households) are actually more "americanized" than african-americans....african-americans got their own distinctive way of speaking and very few blacks can actuallly sound like mainstream middle class suburban whites
