How much better is butler than Bradley?
Butler is MUCH better lol

Only reason I asked is cause they already a have a point gaurd...why waste a pick drafting another one??>
Ideally, you wouldn't have to give up Bradley + the pick AND another player. But, none of your auxiliary pieces would really be enough to couple with Bradley and feel like Chicago didn't get hustled. So the pick would a substitute at least not necessarily part of a 3-piece offer. The difference between the two isn't significant enough to give up Bradley + a potential top 3 pick in a deep draft plus more
fukk that
Nah. Bradley gives you like 16ppg while being the best 2 guard defensively. He also is a good 3ball shooter. Butler isn't THAT much better.Butler is MUCH better lol

I agree.
I think Bradley is fine...
It's upgrading the crowder and Amir spots in the starting lineup that we need
Go after Hayward, he can make more money in Utah but that's only looking at it contract wise. He'd make up the difference in endorsements in the Boston area, he'd be loved, a great white hope for the town lol. Real shyt tho, Boston is a better city than being out in utah and he'd be reunited with Stevens

The timeline of those Nets picks don't match up with the Celtics best players.
If you don't get Hayward, Celtics should move this pick for Butler, if the plan is to win with IT. IT likely only has 2-3 additional years at this level, while some of your core players are due for raises next year(IT, Smart, Bradley). After moving Fultz for Butler, trade Jaylen Brown for Dwight, then trade your 2018 Celtics pick(not the Nets one) for KOQ.
IT/Smart
Bradley
Butler/Crowder
Al
Dwight/KOQ
That team has equal or greater the offensive firepower of the Cavs while having depth and defense. Celtics just can't wait for Bron to fall off while keeping this core, because you'll likely be capped out soon, not too mention next year's draft is projected to be worse.
Truth be told, whether they keep the pick or trade depends on how well they play against the Cavs. If it goes 6, then they add an extra piece or hope that Brown develops further. If they lose in like 5, then they'll draft a PG.
They're trying to rebuild while being competitive
You have your core of Isaiah Horford crowder Bradley but you also have brown fultz zizic yabu rozier smart that are all young to maintain being competitive for the short and long term
