I’ve been saying the same thing all morning, I’m not sure what you are educating me on, I think I’m educating a lot of people

1) trump cannot undo birthright citizenship per se but it’s an open legal question whether children born with 2 illegal alien parents or tourist visas fall under the jurisdiction (which is the constitutional requirement) of the us, so it is possible for trump to do a narrow order that targets that and for that order to pass muster with the Supreme Court

2) this narrow legal question is not something that black people should be losing sleep over, it effects very few black people whether dos or immigrant or us territory
