lol this shyt will not come to fruition.
Of course they’ll be impacted. It takes years to get citizenship if you can get one. Sometimes people live here for decades with visas and green cards. Right now, their kids are given citizenship. If this goes into affect, it will deny citizenship to millions of Africans and Caribbean children whose parents are legal and have been here for a long time.

No it won’t, if a person has a visa or green card then they are legal
The issue is if a child is born when both parents are illegal or the parent is on a tourist visa

Basically, citizenship would only be given to children of CITIZENS.
Visa and Green Card holders are NOT citizens.

As I explained before, chain migration which is a consequence of family migration is originally a white supremacist policy, it would be good if it’s ended and a merit system is put in
People born of illegal immigrant parents and parents with tourist visas is a legal grey area, it’s an intersting legal question but it’s not something to get pissed about, it’s not black people’s (dos or immigrant) battle
