If Kobe doesn't start the season I think Nash gets back to playing at a high level with Gasol and if they get some shooters they will be ok. I think they will win between 35-45 games next year and miss the playoffs. But if Kobe starts the year and hasn't lost anything I could see them threatening for the 7th or 8th seed.
