Out of all the top teams in the west, Lakers match up the best with the Nuggets. You do remember the bubble, right? Different team, but AD and Bron still here.
If KD is healthy, I don't think anybody can beat the Suns tho.

Clippers are a threat to us, they matchup really well because of all the wings but we haven't played them since the trade so I am interested in seeing how it goes.
For your 2nd sentence, I fully disagree, idk how you got that. We are 2-2 this year vs Nuggets. Nuggets and Warriors are two of the teams we historically do well against even in bad years. Playoffs are obviously a different thing so anything can happen.
Lakers have way more roster balance now.
The Lakers matchup with Denver now. They have enough bodies to throw out there to match Denver's depth and they have more shot creators as well.

People who think the Suns would beat them, I question that. First of all the variety of defenders the Lakers would be able to rotate on KD and Booker is plentiful. Schroder, Walker, Reaves, Bron, AD, Rui, Vanderbilt. The defensive depth and versatility of this group is fukking impressive...
All you have is two objectives in a hypothetical Phx series: make everyone else not named KD and Booker beat you, and make those two work. They can go off but make then empty the tank in doing so...
Lakers are now a much more balanced scoring team so if Bron or AD aren't on the LA role players are more reliable...
