There's 776 officers in the Oakland PD and they killed 6 () black people last year.

I'm looking at the descriptions the guardian got of how some of the victims in Oakland died... Some of these descriptions got me like


"[Yuvette] Henderson allegedly shoplifted from a Home Depot and flashed a gun. Police said she then attempted to carjack three vehicles () and pointed a weapon at responding officers () prompting them to shoot. At least one officer was wearing a body camera, but authorities said it wasn't turned on (). Some witnesses said Henderson was trying to flag down a bus, not steal a car (). Her weapon was recovered ()."
