Obviously the college rule hurts any shot of another LeBron happening, . However, assuming kids can go straight to the NBA out of HS, can you see another 16 y/o being touted as the "Chosen One" in the next 30 years.

Of course we will see another LeBron. The media pretty much tries to follow the Lebron model with every nikka that is nice in HS. Seeing a HS game on ESPN was a big deal back then now it's the norm. With the rise of National Signing Day and HS player rankings and HS All-Star games it's only a matter of time before we see the next "Chosen One". I just hope he doesn't run with any of the nicknames he's given before he wins a ring. Couldnt' resist.

Think about it this way, whether a prospect spends one year playing college or all 4 years, he can become the next Lebron James. Michael Jordan spent three years at UNC.
Some people are naturally gifted and can excel at a young age, like Wayne Gretzky, LeBron James, and Freddy Adu who could play against and with professional adults as a teen.
Others take more time but their talents are groomed so that they become superstars. How many elite NBA players, past and present, spent more than one year in Div I basketball?

Lebrons athleticism stay overshadowing his technical skills to the point where people forget hes one of the goat finishers/playmakers.

There will never be another lebron unless lebron get reincarnated with a durant type jumpshot ( which wouldn't matter anyway since the kings shooting 56%/41%

the only real technical skill LeBron has that blows me away is his passing ability/court vision

other than that its his freakish athleticism that makes him who he is......don't let those %s fool ya......alot of those gains came cause people are afraid of the drive so he gets looks on jump shots that are much easier than other superstars

just look at his FT% to see it really hasn't improved much since he came into the league
