it all depends on the content offered too. 3d had some lackluster content overall. VR right now is cool but it seems just a tad bit pricey to really get it going mainstream.

After using it, i think the tech is a generation away still. Seeing pixelated reality isnt pleasing, also theyre too damn big.

I would say vr is just crossing into the tmobile sidekick phase of hardware. You know whats coming is dope, but if you buy now ur just settling to say you joined the party.
