Also from reading posts from the older posters, a lot of albums in the 90s didn't leak either

Illmatic actually leaked months before it's April 1994 official release. It was all over NYC and Sony was apparently trying to make Nas go in and record new songs, but inevitably they left it as is.

I know some of you slow nikkas will mention how Watch the Throne didn't leak, that's because it was released as an iTunes digital only release for the first week, so the CD pressing and shipment was after it hit iTunes


but this album supposed to hit ALL FORMATS (except vinyl, release that vinyl kanye ) next Tuesday, and we just days away


if shyt leaks Monday, you might as well just cop it the next day
