I’m aging gracefully but it don’t even matter be happy youre alive

I’ve had 3 co workers die in the last 18 months. One car accident ,one cancer ,one shot & killed. All 34-52

ngl im sick im starting to get wrinkles im dermarolling my skin and hairline and using adapalene and black soap as of now, im probably bowing out after lol

Just walk a lot and eat right, drastically reduce the sugar and booze intake..
