I dont really see it has homophobia... only blatant lyrics "dissing gay people" was where the hood at and even then he was say he had no respect for men that get turned into prison bytches.. no actual "i hate everyone thats gay"
Sure there was alot of use of the word faggit but it wasn't being used towards homosexuals. It was synonymous with p*ssy back in the day. Just an insult to take a shot at your manhood...
Now the rape shyt... I can't defend but he wasn't running around rapping about raping people. He said it twice in a 30 year career. Both times at the very beginning of his mainstream success... more than likely was done for shock value..... x has 15 kids and been fukking any bytch in site for 25yrs industry and regular.... and has never had any rape allegations against him. I highly doubt he was an advocate for rape. If nikkas had a problem with it they could've certainly said it while he was alive... im 100% sure he would've addressed it himself

I really don't get the criticism. In "Where the Hood at", the first verses was a bit homophobic. But he followed up the last verses by simulating gay sex. The LGBT's should be praising him??

Better get all the r Kelly albums before he get convicted of his charges. All his music will probably be removed from all streaming networks.Ain't gotta worry about not being able to hear the real version of the song because I got the physical copy when it released. Y'all better scoop up a cd because this could end up like R.Kelly and Lady Gaga when she had him removed from the ArtPop album, I had that song downloaded and then it got scrubbed from YouTube and my playlistthen she had it removed from reprints and I had to buy a used copy of the album just for 1 R.Kelly song. Digital era is terrible for that.
