Dudes spent their whole life being in tip top shape, then turn into Barkley when they are done.

Most people die of heart conditions regardless of how athletic they are or not...Heart conditions are one the leading causes of death...

The only difference is, Wilt would have died 13 years sooner if he wasn't active...
