yes and at the end of the meeting wilt told mike something like: remember when I was in the league they changed the rules to stop me, while right now the nba changed rules to help you. And Mike said nothing afterwards
Yep I heard of that story.
Another story is that wilt was in his mid or late 40s in the 80s and one of the Kings scouts or GM saw him playing pickup basketball. Supposedly Wilt looked so good that the kings wanted to sign him to a 1 year contract. But Wilt didnt want to deal with the daily grind of the NBA and liked being retired.
