I couldn't make it through the entire clip, but the only insightful thing I heard him say was the bit about how why he ranks Russell above himself... The "sometimes less is more" idea in a team concept, where he considers that Russell's playstyle made for a better fit in that early Boston dynasty because it allowed the other stars on his team to maximize their impact... It's the same line of thinking that leads me to question the effectiveness of Westbrook and the whole average 30 points and a triple double thing... And Bron ball to an extent

We're all too enamored with box score #s, instead of looking at how a star player allows/helps their teammates to maximize their skillsets, game and performance, while still having elite impact themselves. That to me is a true testament to how great a player is, rather than just regurgitating a bunch of surface stats because that player has a stranglehold on their team's possessions.

We've had the game fukked up for a very long time.
