Nadal hasn't won just the French though.. why do you repeat that especially when he beat Fed at Wimbledon?

You say he spread it around when he only won the French once and didn't even face Nadal for it.

Yes but his wins are even amongst the other majors in the 6-8 region..Nadals looks like 1-2-1-8

without his one win at the FO in '09, would you be making an argument for him being so great "on all surfaces"?

Federer's peak was 2003-2006, Nadal didn't start coming on till 2008 (outside of the French)

Sampras the GOAT brehs made Agassi go Bald because he couldn't beat Petros from the Baseline.

This is against Tommy Haas the only player who has the best shot to beat Djokovic before the finals. This was when he was larry holmes status

When someone approaches this stretch of dominance, then you can put them in the same sentence as Federer, until then, stop it:

- 10 straight appearances in Grand Slam Finals
- 18 of 19 appearances in Grand Slam Finals
- Reached 23 straight Grand Slam semifinals (from Wimbledon '04 to Austrailian Open '10)
- Has appeared in 24 Grand Slam Finals, winning 17
- Ranked #1 for a record 237 consecutive weeks (next closest is 160)
- Ranked #1 for a record 302 weeks total
- Comparing to Rafa: If you take out his 7 Wimbledons, he still has 10 Majors; take out Rafa's 8 French Opens and he has 4.
