Yeah I don’t think the WWE would have let him come back and they may have not known how severe it was due to him not telling them everything about his condition.
It’s sad that he may still be alive had he been wearing the heart defibrillator and his wife had been with him while he was taking a nap so authorities may have been able to get there a lot faster.
