They couldn’t trade Beal and Booker is younger. They have no other choice. They don’t want to trade him but they have no other avenue to rebuild. I never understood benching Beal this year if you’re looking to move him.Sad that a player of Durant's stature is being reduced to being a pass around
Durant really is one of the more interesting stories in modern NBA history. They need to do a 30 for 30 based on him and each team he played for detailing how it all went to shyt in each situation
“Have Handles Will Travel”
GP & Malone were averaging 26/6/4 on 53/40/82 at Year 17?
KD moves the needle, he just ain't gonna do it on a team with shyt roster construction like the Suns
Durant Butler and Curry would be unfukkwitable
Who are yall giving up
Scrubs and draft picksKD will be 37..this is not 32 year old KD we talking here
Houston's the perfect spot.I think we all knew this was coming once they tried to trade him during the deadline. Houston would be a great spot if they don't have to give up to much. And they have enough talent that they wouldn't have to give up Senguin or Green. If they could keep Thompson too I'd take the chance on KD if I were them. With or without a trade though KD has had an all time great career but one that could have been so much more. If he had the balls to demand 22-25 shots a night while he was in OKC his whole career would have went differently. He should have broken MJ's consecutive scoring title record with ease but he was to content being passive aggresive until he comes time to go back and forth with fans.
detroit, houston, san antonio and memphis cap space make them good fits if phoenix wants to get below the 2nd apron. the bucks are another possibility if kuzma and whatever draft capital they can put together would be enough.
those are the 5 teams that are in the best cap positions but also good fits for durant. i'd be very surprised if it wasnt one of those teams.
Too much a for 37 year old. He should go back to GSW or DallasHouston's the perfect spot.
They have FVV's contract to match the money and can give the Suns back their own pick, plus another pick and one of their young guys(Sheppard, Jabari).
Would the Pistons and Rockets give up players and picks for KD, who wouldn't put them over the top anyways?
Spurs would be a good option, but Wemby's health is a huge question mark going forward. Spurs historically don't make huge trades and build from within.

the benefit to those teams for phoenix is they wouldnt have to match salaries so they could offload durant and potentially get below the 1st apron. it is the question of how much is phoenix asking for and what are teams willing to give up. youre right i dont see the pistons parting with any of their most prized young assets but the cap relief and 3 assets should be enough to get it done. fvv team option is 45 mil for next season. if you are the suns i dont think you want fvv in a trade, you'd rather they decline fvv's option then you just trade durant into the rockets cap space for whatever assets.Would the Pistons and Rockets give up players and picks for KD, who wouldn't put them over the top anyways?

rockets ain't giving up all that for a 37 year old KD who isn't lebron in terms of durability. fvv's contract, fillers and the suns get their '27 pick and the '29 pick swap rights back.Houston's the perfect spot.
