Windows 10 Available Now

The sound is cutting out on my speakers too, which aren't connected to my sound card, just the mobo. It must be because I'm at like 100% CPU when I'm opening things like chrome (it's because win10 is searching, indexing, downloading onedrive files, and mcafee is checking each one out). I think it'll go back to normal once win10 finishes its shyt.

the latest windows 10 updates got my surface book lasting over 10 hours when word processing/net surfing.... Based gates

Edit: I found the API test in 3d Mark, but I have no idea what the numbers mean. I'm just getting substantially better scores compared to DX11. Are you talking about another benchmarking tool?

Finally upgraded again

Win10 is WAY better than it was at launch. I still got my Win7 disc though when/if it fukks up

I need a direct X 12 game. When's Gears Ultimate coming out? I thought it was soon. Or I guess I'll just wait for Quantum Break.

Gotta do some testing on my games tomorrow. Hopefully Win10 didn't fukk em up. Fallout 4 and ROTR both work at least (that's all I checked this evening).

Now to turn off my PC and binge watch TV (a weekend tradition )

yeah, it remains to be seen how that's gonna translate into real world performance. there's been a lot of wild promises around dx12. at one point they said it would allow cross-sli with AMD and Nvidia cards
