I thought they got rid of the start screen. I probably one of the few that actually likes and uses it.

Nope, they just used a solution that in my opinion should have been with the OG Windows 8. Touch users get start screen, Keyboards/Mouse gets start menu. Though they said you can switch between the two, I haven't quite figured that out yet.

Yeah I didnt see it but I guess its because I don't have touch integrated on VB. Pressing the Window key and having all the programs I use right there, neat and organized is :ahh:. MS fukked up by just throwing a bunch of tiles/programs/trashware on there and not showing how it can be organized.

i figured out how to do it, you have to right click the start menu then click properties, then on the start menu tab click whether you want the start menu or screen.

I just elected to use the start screen because I put a remote desktop app on my iPad, and that shyt works like a champ. Feels like i have a legit Windows 10 tablet in my hands.

not yet, hopefully that comes in a future build. you can only put them in groups like Windows 8
When I went to the start menu and saw my docs/pics folder already there I was :ohhh:. I had no idea this was already implemented in 8 :smh:

The Verge just put out it's review for Windows 10:

Microsoft's new Windows 10 operating system is finally here. Windows 10 is a realization of Microsoft's big dream to have a single Windows that runs across all its products. Does it succeed?
