Microsoft whole OS strategy was built off bitin'.
Mac os doesn't support touch integration.
Demo looks pretty much the same as the current 10. Dock is the same they just moved the windows start menu launcher to the middle and disabled the search bar.
Im guessing most features will be under the hood, perf, and integration across their services and better touch support.
Probably moved to a new version to line up with a rollout of new surface hardware as Windows s was cheeks.

I think i used touch when i first got my xps15 for the first week. Aint used it since then. That was 4 years ago.Mac os doesn't support touch integration.
