The latest build of Win 10 is running smooth as hell on my 640. This is looking good for phones with much better hardware like the 950XL.
We'll find out next week.
Windows phone is fine man. I really think peeple make too much about the app situation.
na breh its not i mean ok its better than say blackberry but thats not saying much , another app i was lookin at today was the facebook app, its horrible, interface doesn't refresh, cant see the find a friend feature, bunch of glitches with the groups features and the more i keep reading into like ive said before its the devs faults as there not giving WP any priority
and once again i cant stress enough how much the browsers suck, there is just a lack of decent browsers in the app store , and i am far from a fan of having 10,000 of the same apps
i can honestly say thats whats keep me here is there core apps like office, weathers, news those works beautifully . Am really hoping the WP10 updates brings new life into it but unless they start pulling off a app developing miracle there stating #3 for a minute

Facebook app for Windows 10 Mobile out of beta and now officially released
Released just today for 8.1 and 10.

How can people who use the OS and find things that aren't there for THEM and their personal needs be considered making too much about the app situation?
From reading the comments it's still not an official facebook app (which it's self is amazing) but the update is more design instead of features although it does seem like they addressed some bug's
It has Zuckerberg's co-sign, about as official as we're going to get. I don't think people care whether the developers work for FB or MS. Just that it works and the features are there.
I don't have a FB so I don't know how the app compares to website/iOS/Android.

The FB app for WP will likely be much better than the official one for iOS/Android as both versions are resource hogs and drive people to just use the mobile site. TBH, I liked the old WP one better for the most part, it just lacked features and had a few nagging bugs.
