CP3 might have to sit out Monday but man it feels good. Feel like we've been baptized brehs... We needed this more than the Spurs. Hell of a team. Seeing Harden going one on one and trying to go 1 against 5 and DHoward clowning around, and Josh Smith shooting threes is going to be a welcoming sight for us. Not saying they're not a good team:whoa: but the Spurs we're just too much. Never seen a team like them before. This feels good man. :banderas:I'll worry about CP3's hammy and the Rockets on Monday

what's the game plan... let harden go off and shut down his team leaving reddikk on him and hoping harden chases reddikk all game.. or throw barnes/Jones at him?

Rockets are the only team I'm scared of...too many talented players and that bench is:ohlawd:
Man after the 7 games against the Spurs we should ready for anything and anyone. Rockets got talent but Harden loves to take on an entire team, DHoward is preparing some new routines for pre game and Josh Smith is gonna do whatever he feels like it on offense. Its just the thing we need after playing the never nervous-make the extra pass- run the offense of the Spurs. We just went through the fire brehs:mjcry:

Very true...on second thought Doc just out coached possibly the second best coach ever...there's no way he's gonna let Kevin "The Shoulders" Mchale get the best of him

That's how I feel, the spurs were the one squad that our team as a whole and especially our big star had an issue with.
Now that we finally beat them, i feel like nothing can stop us.
Hopefully this gives the rest of our guys the same feeling.
Doc told them to just breath and I do feel like we will be playing more relaxed come this series. Hopefully not TOO relaxed and I am also worried about the emotional factor as someone said. Add that up with Chris's hammy, plus just a days rest. I don't expect much from game 1 but we don't have time to chill gotta kick right back in gear by game 2 at the latest. I mean hopefully we win them both but realistically I'd be more than satisfied with 1-1 coming back to staples and 0-2 would obviously be unacceptable. Ariza is aite tho but I don't see this Rockets team stopping Paul, especially on the fast break. As long as Harden/Howard don't get DJ in trouble.
Last thing, i obviously don't want a Jordan/Howard free throw contest so hopefully there is no hack-a

Since we have no rest and dive right back in on Monday we won't be relaxed. I want to expand the bench. Lester Hudson, Jordan Hamilton should be added to the rotation. Both can D up and hit the open three. We actually have a serviceable- decent bench if only Doc would get his head out his azz. Lester Hudson should actually play before his son Austin and Hamilton should be backing up Barnes. And he should use Hawes as a traditional 7 footer and post him up on offense and get him to rebound and box out on defense- nothing more. But all Doc does is have him shoot threes, which is in his arsenal, but he's not a traditional three point shooter. Doc was even running 3 point plays for him which he shouldn't do imo.. and once he starts missing then his confidence goes south and it affects the rest of his game now he's benched. If he wanted a 7 footer that only wants to shoots threes he should've kept Byron Mullens garbage azz on the team. Hell CJ Wilcox should get a few minutes out there, he might be better than Austin. The bench is there for us if Doc's stubborn ass would trust somebody

Ya I like Jordan Hamilton, didn't realize he was available for the playoffs. Hope he gets some burn if Barnes is cold, honestly the Rockets bench ain't that great either. With Beverley and Motiejunas out, I mean Corey Brewer is ok and who knows what Josh Smith is gonna bring, otherwise they are just as bad as ours.
I hope Austin Rivers dies in a car crash. I'm :troll: But we seriously win despite him sometimes, it's like CP3 and Blake don't have enough on their plates. After Austin fouled Manu while Ginobili was taking a full court shot, Doc didn't even sit him at first and when he did, he didn't say a word to him. I know Doc loves his players but I think if that was another scrub, they would've got an earful. I love Doc, he made some great adjustments against the Spurs but this Austin saga is a disaster

Im just watching game 7 again and when Paul came out, Harlan is like
"We will watch the +/- now with Paul coming out. Throughout the series, its been a big minus whenever he has sat. And here comes Austin Rivers :shaq2:" :deadrose:

Im actually worried that I've underestimated Hou. Im already thinkin about GS, and I shouldnt be:mjcry: Blake can't carry us w/o Paul vs Hou; Can he? :lupe:
