Im hoping by then Pete Carmichael can find his testicular fortitude to control and command the offense and by then...Jameis should appear to be a leader and tell Allen we geauxin for it.

But to piggyback off of you...Allen was hired to be an interim coach. Word is alot of talent is out there to pull from this offseason. He is 1 and done. He will move back to DC or the new HC will bring in his team.
