They bored and got to entertain themselves with these Ls. A lot of people try to pin this on players, but it's pretty glaring that it's a systemic issue from the top... Payton was able to hide a lot of stuff because that man would just live in his office coaching himself to death and be such a hard ass.
Yeah and that was with a burnt out Payton that hadn't wanted to be here for years, I can only imagine how much better the Chargers are going to be after he gets traded there
