I have a strange feeling he will end up in Houston some type of way

St. Louis is another fitting place for Winston. The Rams are a QB away from the playoffs right now. With another draft they'll be close to Superbowl ready. Winston slots in well.

I'm starting to wonder if Jimbo is actually holding him back. Some very questionable play calls this season.

naw, he lets him do pretty much whatever he wants.....the team just not as experienced as last years...especially the oline....

Yea, but that division is loaded :whoo:

Wouldnt mind him there though.

The Niners lost to an Austin Davis-led Rams' team. A Winston-led team oblierates that Niner team. The Niner's pressure doesn't rattle Winston. Palmer doesn't adjust to pressure well in his extended age. The Rams' defensive line attacks him long enough to allow the offence to do its work.

Mariotta will go ahead of jameis, just because of "character"

Character counts. A QB needs to be a hard worker, accountable and smart. He also shouldn't be a trouble-maker. But I like Jameis' production, tools and other tangibles in read ability (i.e. coverage diagnosis) and elusiveness (i.e. pocket presence) to pass on him for a system QB like Mariota. EJ Manuel faltered in the system Jameis succeeds, and EJ went in the first round. So Jameis is definitely a franchise QB. There's just too much evidence pointing in that direction to ignore.

I agree character, but let's be 1 hunna, Winston is hands down a better QB than Mariotta

It should be noted that outside of the rape allegations, Jameis' follies are center around immaturity. He isn't criminal; just misguided. Ideally I want a QB like Ohio State's kid.

Oh gawd keep Mariotta and Winston far away from the Lambs.

Then again, this is the place where first round picks come and die. :ehh:
