It’s a tough pill to swallow. In the moment of a relationship, before you’re initiated into the dark arts of heartbreak, you can’t imagine a life without that person. The jokes, the time invested, the memories, the sex, going everywhere and doing everything together. She utters a simple sentence and it’s gone forever.

Some people can’t cope at the thought of “it’s really over”. The endorphins of love is a drug. You’re essentially asking someone to go cold turkey during a heartbreak. I wouldn’t do it but I can see how someone would get THAT broken and decide to do something extreme unfortunately. Cause during a breakup it’s you vs you.

As a man, can’t see myself letting myself get vulnerable enough to go through that shyt again.
