No one said they are, and i`m not looking up to them nor would I ever have my child look up to them.

Where did I state they owe me anything? I ask nothing of these people.

But they are human beings, and we come to expect something of people. I can't root for someone who beats their wife.

Thing is you most likely already have. Unless you follow a person around 24/7 or have psychic abilities you can never truly know any of these dudes true character. None of us thought Ray Rice beat his wife until we saw it on TV...no way is he the only one.

You're right, I should re-phrase that, I cannot knowingly root for someone who beats their wife.

I care about if there is a racist, a pedo, or a woman beater on my team....But not enough to stop rooting for the team. It really doesn't go THAT deep since it's a game I enjoy anyway..

I also don't care if an athlete takes PED's, hell...I'd rather they DID...haha...entertain me...

I don't think it stops anyone from rooting for the team.

But if you said I could have this player off the team or on the team, i`m saying off 100% of the time.

murderers, child molesters, and rapists i can't support, other than that, nope. a DUI, DV incident (not nikkas who go home knocking out their wife because she made chicken tacos instead of steak tacos or put the beats on her on an ongoing basis), bar fight, whatever, I can forgive. I don't think any of these warrant being suspended indefinitely or losing their job - sorry, that's the advantage you get when your "value" to an organization is that great/when you don't work in the normal confines of 9-5ers. people need to get off their high horse, everyone fukks up ad it shouldn't be the end of your world, that's the thinking the 3 strikes rule got us and you see how socially biased that is, a one strike rule is even more condemning. i think all this hoopla has just made a good sensationalized story, but at the end of the day, i just want to see my niners get #6
