I have more trouble choosing my 3rd favorite Ghost album. Fans and critics seem to lean towards Fishscale but I felt Bulletproof Wallets more. Even when you listen to it now, its like a more upbeat and glossy SC Ghost.
You gotdamn right.Real ghost fans know Fishscale is a classic record tho![]()
If you are a real head and listened to wu since 92-93 then it's obvious Ironman...newer fans who jumped on the ghost bandwagon at the turn on the century or who are around 20-25 in age would prefer SC
Fasle. On the opening track cap had the best flow.
One could argue it's the best wu album period imoHad to vote Ironman, high level wu shyt. Supreme is dope but personally think it's overated.
That Ironman CD is always close to hand, I could recite that shyt backwards.
On the Cappa issue, my theory's always been that his Cuban Linx/Ironman verses are compiled of all the best verses he had prewritten before he got locked & then, when they put him on, he used that ammo up and you saw the swift decline in his lyrics starting on Forever when he had to write up all new shyt.
but even as hard as he fell off, you got to respect those early verses...he'll even drop in on your house party & spit em live:
