We were told 50 years ago if the Viet Cong stayed in power, that we’d have communism at our door step. Well we ran away from Vietnam, where’s communism? We were told 18 years ago if we don’t get the Taliban out of Afghanistan, the terrorists will get us all. Who’s in charge of Afghanistan today? This is elementary school history by the way.

Well the pest man told me if I didn't spray my house the termites would destroy it....i went ahead and sprayed but after your mind blowing revelations next time, I think I'll call him out on his Bluff.


This is what's wrong with American liberals today, so you think we did nothing to stop ISIS fromm continued plots by disrupting their network ? Meanwhile France and England were being hit with all types of terrorist plots. Vietcong was propaganda mostly although they didn't spread throughout the region and while you say we ran away, it was after we basically reduced their army by more than half ...

Should have done the same with China before they took over the world but too many soft ass americans

This conversation is about to go off the rails so let's try to stick to her point here.

Personally I don't have major gripes with Obama foreign nor immigration policy by-in-large, but Omar's criticisms aren't invalid. You seem to be making the presumption that the war on terror could or should only be won with drone strikes, or if you aren't seperating families at the borders, you advocate open borders. I think her point is that these are false assumptions, and to put her in the same camp as a Palin is a real joke. Obviously she's educated, articulate, and has a basic understanding of history. Just because you happen to disagree with her doesn't make her an idiot.

You say let's keep to the point but then make points that cause us to deviate .

I never said she was like Palin, I think AOC is equivalent to Palin. Omar had herself likened her group to the tea party, that was her words and recently too

Now regarding drones strikes, how else would we or could we effectively take out terrorism? When I say the problem with liberals, this is what I mean. What's your solution or Omar's or AoC. There aren't answer answers just complaints
