The Rock can do whatever he wants...he can produce movies and just leave the spotlight if he desired but he likes acting and he could definitely leave wrestling if he felt something was off. It's no big deal.
The Rock was always trying to movies and wrestling at the same time. The WWE apparently didn't want him for WM 21 and that led to him never coming back at that juncture except for like WWE.com interviews. This is what where he always wanted to end up.
