I wonder if a year or so down the road, with all productions of new films having been halted, if we're going to come upon a period where big studios are going to buy up whatever completed indie film they can find just so they have something to release.
Perhaps we'll see a return of that period in the 90s were original independent films ruled the box office. If so it could give rise to the next generation of actors and filmmakers just as that era of the 90s did.
