If an HBCU wants to compete, they gunna have to improve their PAWG game. I'm sure if research was conducted their would be a significant correlation between PAWG availability and sports achievement.
But for real, if an HBCU or really any non-traditional power house wants to compete. They have to improve their facilities and visibility. It's what the kids want these days. And like others have said if they could possibly recruit some 4 or 3 star prospects that are committed to staying 3 or 4 years, then they may have something.
