@ people who post here and act like 30 or 40 is the end of the world, i really feel like people's mental outlook on aging, ages them just as much as physical years, and more. you're as young as you feel. gotta realize 30/35/40 aint as youthful and worry free as 20/25/30, but god damn, you're not old either.
keep yourself physically healthy and active, keep your mind healthy by staying engaged and active - puzzles, activities/organizational involvement outside work, reading, hobbies, keep up with current events, you'll be ok. nothing like seeing sharp, active old people.
