Dude was always weak. Basically everything besides Kush & OJ, and yes that's including his early Dipset renditions. Made the same music for a decade+ but there's not a lot of popular artists who challenge themselves anyway. His fanbase is dedicated so he's straight I guess.
Kush and OJ not even his best shyt if you know his disco well

Wiz has had good recent music (the joint Cardo album, Big Pimpin, bout half of that long ass Rolling Papers 2 album), but ever since We Dem Boyz and See You Again, he’s been trying to recreate that type of sound and it just hasn’t worked. He’s made very same and tame music that tends to run together like crazy. I listened to his ‘Multiverse’ album and instantly forgot what was even on there, and judging by some of the single releases from the album that dropped last night, it’ll probably be the same. It’s crazy to think he’s 35, but doesn’t really feel 35. He truly is in Snoop Dogg mode.

Wiz is at a point in his musical career where he doesn’t have shyt to prove anymore.

Wiz was never the type of rapper that challenged himself to create genre altering albums like Kendrick.

Wiz was never the type of rapper that wanted to prove how lyrical and nice he on a grand scale is like J Cole.

Wiz was never the type of artist that put effort into creating a factory full of bubbling talent to make hits and dominate the charts like Drake.

Wiz is only existing at this point. A lot of his casual fans might’ve moved on but he still has a loyal fanbase that would still fukk with his music til this day.

Wiz will never fall off because he’s always gonna be in his own lane doing whatever he wants. Unlike those 3, he’s not held to a high standard everytime they drop music.I understand that his earlier music was great and became the soundtrack to a lot of y’all lives including mines but you gotta be realistic. Wiz ain’t in that space anymore.
He’s like e40, Snoop, Too Short. They have a the most loyal fanbases and they are aging with him. Plus he has clsssic music. I’d put the original K&OJ against anybody’s best
