Can someone point me to examples of other genres coming out with sequels trying to recreate past glory? I’m sure it happens

Just imagine if these were done like natural progressions and creative follow ups from an artist that is inspired to revisit the themes that had already inspired them

but more so now you see the title slapped on an album that has an entirely different aesthetic than the original

perhaps they should but the human experience is not a robotic experience and such a formulaic approach may be unreleastic
