Good question. Will need to think it through some more. Just embarassing that there is no punishment and no deterrant for fukking up three people's lives (child, biological father, falsely accused) because the mother is worthless. What do you suggest would be the appropriate social method of stopping lying about paternity, and stopping the resulting emotional and financial toll on everyone except the liar?
