Weed slowing that Nikka down. I hope he doesn't get in the ring with a real MMA fighter in top shape
:mjlol:

Nikka stays high bro :pachaha:What do you expect.

They smoke too....

They smoke before training/sparring to cool anxiety, they smoke after fights to celebrate a win or get over a loss, they smoke to recover. They some smoking ass motherfukkers.

I don't think so. I haven't seen that and I follow MMA heavily

Your definition of heavy is equivalent to extremely casual.

Everybody smokes Masvidal is fighting tomorrow, he smokes. McGregor smokes, Diaz brothers smoke, Jamaal Hill who just fought smokes, got suspended for a positive marijuana test.

Even if you don't watch fights if you watch who gets pulled from fights and for what reasons you'll see how many fighters smoke. I don't even go on Instagram and Snapchat and shyt but just going to fightblogs and mma/boxing talk websites that give you fight news and shyt they consistently show fighters smoking, partying, relaxing. It's not even a big deal at all. I don't do it but they (the fighters) say it's good for recovery and their anxieties and all that other shyt, even keeping weight down.

UFC doesn't even care, they are pretty much pro weed, it's the Nevada State athletic commission and other governing bodies that care and suspend a fighter.

Hell just look at fighters who have a partnership with dispensaries and other weed companies.

Bro, doesn’t matter if he was “letting it go” or not… you can easily look at his mechanics and follow thru that he’s not very crisp and smooth with his loves. He telegraphs his strikes a bit as well… like I said I respect him for stepping up and training. Most people don’t…. He just needs to work a little longer before hopping in there with a serious nikka

dancing can help with rhythm.

If you "follow mma heavily" you'd already know. No offense but it sounds like you just watch YouTube and Twitter clips of fights.

A casual fan doesn't know or care why a fighter is suddenly removed from a card, if or when a fight is overturned or how long a fighters suspension is. They just click headlines and see a commercial for a fight coming on and tune in with friends and alcohol and food.

Go to your local gyms. If you're "into mma heavily" go visit some of the gyms that have had notable fighters and churned out champions.

If you're not into mma that's completely fine. Some people just like to watch.

I knew what these comments would look like before I entered the thread. Don’t know why but there ain’t nobody more annoying on the internet than people who post about boxing/mma or weightlifting. Those online communities swear they know everything :unimpressed:

I train MMA . Everyone at my gym is on a healthy tip and not on that smoke weed/hookah all day life. Thanks for the input though

Smoking before working out is the best pre workout, once you get warmed up you are completely in the zone. I get much better mile times and longer more intense workouts if I smoke before. Many people think weed is a lazy drug but they are using it wrong
