well I want to see what he does for the players development.. while having a decent win percentage. defense will be good and offense they won't be restricted..we have enough good offensive players where I don't think we'll struggle there.
the biggest thing is he won't lose the locker room and he'll develop and motivate them..hopefully to their potential
