Wizards Jordan really should’ve been Lakers Jordan instead

Would Wizards Jordan work on the 3peat Lakers?

Think about it, a player of Jordan’s stature shoudnt have ended his days with the likes of the Wizards. He should’ve been on the Kobe/Shaq Lakers. Phil was there, Horace was there, hell we could’ve got Rodman there but by then he was prolly too far gone.

But real shyt, watching this doc really got me thinking what could’ve been. Kobe could’ve learned from the master front and center and become even better than he became, Shaq and Jordan are frat brothers so Shaq would’ve respected and listened to Jordan instead of having to get into it with Kobe about working hard, Phil would’ve had a perfect person to coach through to get the best out of the team, and Dr. Buss would’ve had a poker buddy to hit the tables with.

I’m convinced Jordan’s presence during the 3peat would’ve also prevented Kobe and Shaq from breaking up. MJ could’ve left the game with 8 titles having lifted a once poor franchise and turning it into an iconic one and then rode off into the sunset winning 3 with the GOAT franchise in all professional sports, YOUR Boss Angeles Lakers. :wow:

So what y’all think?

Fish
Kobe
Jordan
Horry
Shaq

I wish this happen. Kobe learning everything from the mj would of taken him to another level. There egos would clash but I think they all wanted to win so much they would put that aside for the betterment of the team. Mj would of been that bridge to keep kobe and shaq together. Seeing first hand how the bulls dynasty died he would get them to appreciate what they had.

My only thing problem with this is how kobe would of been look at. Those 2 titles without shaq were huge for his legacy. People were running with that narrative that kobe couldn't win without shaq for a while. Them staying together would of limit kobe time to win a title without shaq to prove himself. Also it took the lakers 3 years to put a title contender around kobe you also got to consider that. Anyways that would of been amazing to watch. That was the goat time for me as a basketball fan beside Kobe's and pau lakers which was close but kobe and shaq was just special. Add mj to that basketball ratings and excitement would of been at an all time high.

Nah, he came back to raise the value of the franchise, and it was expected he would get his percentage of the team after he retired again. That's why Jordan had beef with ownership (Abe Pollin?) afterward.
Yeah but I was just establishing he was already running the team before he came back to play. Both things happened

This thread is like a retro version of Lakers fans photoshopping free agents in their jersey :scust:
