The Washington Wizards are interested in trading for Josh Smith, according to sources.

The Wizards, along with the Milwaukee Bucks and Brooklyn Nets, have been 'most diligent' about Smith.

The Atlanta Hawks have been very motivated sellers of Smith at the deadline.

Smith will be an unrestricted free agent in the offseason and seeks a max contract.
