Coming out of the WWE Royal Rumble pay-per-view with Triple H's WWE World Heavyweight Title win, the big plan is still to have the coronation of Roman Reigns as the company's top star at WrestleMania 32.

Triple H winning the title is a part of Reigns' push and as of this week, the two were still scheduled for the main event in Dallas, according to multiple sources. Even though Reigns recently won the title, it appears WrestleMania could be the start of his first significant title reign.

Update On WWE World Heavyweight Title Plans For WrestleMania 32, Triple H Notes From Royal Rumble - WrestlingInc.com

During the podcast, Ross admitted that he wished he did not have a personal relationship with Reigns because he feels sorry for how this good person has struggled to get over.

"For me, I wish I didn't know him as well as I do because I really feel badly [for him]. I know how badly he wants to be where he's going or trying to be placed. He [has] got a good work ethic. He's a guy who weighed 320 or 330 pounds, playing college football at Georgia Tech and he [has] worked really diligently to get himself in great shape, so I know there's a commitment there. I know he's a good athlete. I think he's a good citizen, from all I can tell. I think he's a good choice for elevation and for promotion and advancement, but I just believe that the way he has been booked has not been in his best interest as it has worked out."

Most recently, Reigns was booked poorly at this year's Royal Rumble in Ross's view.

"[Reigns] was a victim of the way he was booked. That would be like blaming Cam Newton for not throwing more touchdown passes when they weren't calling the plays. He's following the orders. He's running the plays that he's told to run, but he's getting an amazing amount of heat for doing what he's told."

They need to stop bullshytting and give Ambrose the strap. He's the only viable babyface they have that's even remotely over (too early for AJ, Kalisto would get the Rey Mysterio treatment, Ziggler and Ryback are too far gone), and nobody's gonna boo him over Reigns in their inevitable feud.

Idaho.
Have him go heel after Mania. Throw him in against Dean for starters, and when Seth is healed up make him the top babyface.

Im pretty sure at this point, Vince rather die then do this. That whole flip he was able to do with Roman being cheered in Philly when he won the title was the ultimate ego boost.

Here's a fact. Roman Reigns was more over two years ago then he is now. The Shield became anti-heroes in the feud against the Wyatts and Roman Reigns was receiving huge pops. If you remember he was a man of a few words. Just a "cool" ass kicker. Dean and Seth handled most of the promos. Rome would just come in at the end and say some slick shyt right quick and "believe that"

He has a lot of charisma when they just let him be an arrogant ladies man "I'll fukk u up and take ya bytch" kind of guy.

They REALLY fukked this up.. and now it's hard to wipe the stench off. He's become Cena lite and that won't work. This is what happens when someone gets over organically and then they wait to push him..

If they really didn't want Bryan to win the Rumble before WMXXX Roman was right there and he would have gotten a nice reaction. The crowd was cheering him on when they realized Bryan would not be in it.

It's funny because him becoming the face of the company was going to happen organically, it was already happening. He had that rumble where he tossed half the guys out, fans were legit disappointed when he was eliminated. But Vince just couldn't wait. On top of rushing him, they booked him like shyt

They won't do that because he's married.

Eh, was that because they actually wanted Reigns or they just wanted anybody who wasn't Batista? They did the same to Ryback the year before and Rusev the year after.

He needs to go heel at Mania, strap or no strap. If he's going to get booed, might as well make that nuclear heat.

The problem is that if he goes heel, it would make Trips a face. Ambrose should get the nod to either get the belt or eat the pin through Reign's fukkery.

Booked him like shyt.. and then SUPER shyt that can't be beaten if you hit him with a tank. He's likely more powerful than Cena and Lesnar combined.

I feel bad for the guy too. He was way over and they ruined him too. He was growing well into his role in the mic and in the shield and I felt like he really showed it in the 2014 rumble, especially when he dumped Rollins and Ambrose to get his 12 eliminations and hit them with the :manny:. This is why Vince can't have nice things.
