WM 32 Main Event (Poor Roman)

Roman's push fukked up when he got hurt. The stars aligned for him to get the money feud with Rollins before then. Nothing happened to get this feud off again that year, so they crammed him into WM, where he would've been naturally had he had the chance to face Rollins.

It was long term planning we keep fussing at them for not doing, but now it was the inability to deal with changes in public mood. No one was feeling Roman's rushed push, so an audible was called to get the money feud back rollin again. Reigns and Brock was supposed to be his ultimate ascension, and it would've worked....then.

So we get a chance, after Rollins clears the deck of Brock, who understandably would be gunning for the title and Rollins was slated to feud with Trips and likely go face and get redemption after the money feud cost him the title and Brock gets to show off at the Rumble. Then Rollins is hurt.

Roman has just had a lot of bad luck, compounded by fly-by-night uber pushes that have put people off. Vince needs to just take that L, and let this be a transitional year to someone else, and Roman gets the ball later on. I say give Cesaro the Brock trophy and Roman when he's closer to 26. Dude has so much time, but they want a Cena/Hogan/Rock hybrid that they feel will be totally indebted to them. Just burning money right now tho.

They need to stop bullshytting and give Ambrose the strap. He's the only viable babyface they have that's even remotely over (too early for AJ, Kalisto would get the Rey Mysterio treatment, Ziggler and Ryback are too far gone), and nobody's gonna boo him over Reigns in their inevitable feud.

I thought it was stupid for Roman and Ambrose to randomly fight each other in that Survivor Series Tournament I thought they should have saved that. When HHH eliminated Roman out of the Rumble Match leaving it down to Ambrose and HHH that should have been the time for Ambrose to become champion and then we could have had Ambrose vs Reigns for the WWE Championshop main event at WrestleMania

He was just happy to be there and so he got treated accordingly, they took his social media wave, his youtube channel, made him a complete and utter bum (got his girl took, tossed off the stage by kane, couldnt even change a spare tire) and still probably aint paying him 6 figures a year even when all that merch was moving.

Thing was, if he wouldve stood up for himself and made it known to the people during that time, he probably wouldve gotten more over even while being a jobber thus raising his stock and forcing the company to do something with him.

Look at sandow, another mark just happy to be there thats too p*ssy to stand up for himself and demand more.

I do agree that there's lots of fukkery with his booking, and I do feel bad for him to an extent.

But at the same time, he's been given SO many safety nets and assists compared to other talent. Some guys get canned/heavily de-pushed when they breathe the wrong way, yet this guy gets thrown the ball again and again, fumbles, and gets tossed back in the game.

Granted, the material is shyt, but at some point it's on him to either make it his own and make it good, or to demand that they do something else.

Austin told Vince that the ring master was bullshyt, and to stop editing his lines on commentary. Rock wasn't putting up with that Rocky Maivia bullshyt after a certain point. HBK and Bret both clawed their way through plenty of fukkery to get where they were.

Even HHH got punished for a year for something he barely had a hand in, got slopped, jobbed left and right, and still found a way to stand out. and that was with WAY more competition than Roman has.

Another way to pull this off, and keep Roman a permanent face, which is what Vince wants, is to let Trips win at WM. Vince wants to make Roman like Cena, where no one can question his toughness or integrity once he went face, like you can't find any dirt on Hogan unless you went to the 70's (kayfabe).

Then let Roman beat him at Backlash and keep the belt until Summerslam. Cesaro should return by right after Backlash and they can have a respect feud, as Cesaro was the last face that pushed him to the limit.

Cesaro wins at SS, and maybe flips the belt a bit (preferably either keeping the belt the whole time or losing to Lesnar at Survival Series), but beats Lesnar at Rumble, where Roman wins again. Roman's mythos already has him skated to be a multiple Royal Rumble winner. Then they have the rubble match respect feud at WM 33, where Cesaro can pass the torch to Roman, and they become the Hogan and Macho of the new WWE, with respect face feuds.

Roman just needs to lose for character development and allow Cesaro to carry some weight as the champ on top. The demographics (and THC distribution) support a titanic shift to America being more European, and Cesaro could be the personification of that.

The problem with WWE is Vince thinks like a stockholder. They want things to be consistent and safe. He's ignoring giving the consumers what they want, which he didn't do with Hogan. He gave him actual face and heel rivals for the belt, that were credible. Cena ruined wrestling, because of his pluses. He was always going to be there, and he heals like Wolverine. It made WWE complacent, until age and other interests forced them to need a new face RIGHT NOW.

Gotta give the fans more than one or even two choices of titans on top. When faces like Seth Rollins, hopefully Bray Wyatt, and others get older or go heel, Roman and the younger generation can have that spot. As Tony Sporano once said, "there's enough garbage for everybody".
